Do you sell skincare or liquid cosmetics?
Not in our first collection. We focus on non-liquid beauty accessories and styling tools.
How can I shop TikTok Live deals?
Visit our Live Deals page during or after a live stream. Products and bundles shown on live will be featured there when available.
When will my order ship?
Order processing and delivery times may vary by product and destination. Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed yet, we will do our best to help.
Do you accept returns?
Eligible unused items may be returned according to our Returns & Refunds policy. For hygiene reasons, some beauty accessories may not be returnable once opened or used.
